Collectively, in this PLC, let's learn more about how to develop districts and schools that foster individual and collective efficacy among all education leaders and educators. This professional learning series will focus on the power of educator coaching that creates successful culturally responsive, relevant, and equitable schools and classrooms. All scholars need a sense of belonging and agency. The imperative of the Alabama Black Belt Children's Region is to implement unified strategies that yield high student learning outcomes among all scholars particularly black and brown scholars in Alabama's Black Belt school districts.
The PLC process will consist of face-to-face and virtual research to practice learning and coaching events and sessions over the course of several months. The end goal of the PLC is to ensure that all PLC participant's schools and classrooms are inclusive and equitable for all their scholars.
To join the PLC, enter your contact information in the Contact Us section of this website. You will receive follow-up information after your information is received.
Let's do what is best for all scholars particularly black and brown scholars in Alabama's Black Belt school districts.
